Before we take over an existing website

We review the platform, hosting, current access, licences, integrations and available backups. We also identify who owns the domain and accounts. This avoids promising support for a system we cannot safely update or recover.

Questions about ongoing website management

Can you manage a website built by another team?

We can review it first. Support depends on the platform, code quality, access and any existing licences or restrictions. We confirm what can be maintained before agreeing ongoing work.

Is SEO included in website maintenance?

Basic content updates and technical checks can support search, but ongoing keyword research, content planning and SEO reporting need a defined SEO scope.

Are hosting and domain renewals included?

Only when listed in the quotation. We identify recurring hosting, domain and paid-tool costs and who is responsible for renewing them.

Does maintenance include a complete redesign?

A redesign, new functionality, migration or major content expansion is a separate project unless explicitly included. Routine support covers the agreed updates and checks.
